Dr. Andreas G. Banoutsos, Founder & President of the Board of Advisors of the Center for International Strategic Analyses (KEDISA) participated in an official delegation of the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Greece headed by H.E. the Ambassador Dr. Rolandas Kacinskas in the Lithuanian capital Vilnius on 19-20 November 2021. The delegation made contacts with government officials, MPs and high-ranking diplomats of the Lithuanian Government, the Lithuanian Parliament (Seimas) and the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as with representatives of important think tanks and attended the proceedings of the Forum “The Future of Democracy” organized by the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the participation of important personalities from around the world.
