Energy diplomacy in international relations is defined as “the strategic use of energy resources, policies, and international cooperation to achieve foreign policy goals, ensure energy security, and advance economic and environmental interests”. It includes negotiations, institutional arrangements, and partnerships through which states and other actors (such as multinational corporations and international organizations) make efforts to succeed in ply security, shaping global markets, and promoting technological and sustainable development. in a global energy landscape that is characterized by high interconnection and competitiveness.
