The European Union Intelligence and Situation Centre (INTCEN) is pivotal in shaping the EU’s security strategy amid evolving global threats. This research, conducted in response to the comprehensive Niinistö report on Strengthening Europe’s Civilian and Military Preparedness and Readiness, explores how INTCEN contributes to EU intelligence, crisis management, and strategic foresight.
