Banoutsos participated as a speaker in a closed panel with the theme: &#8220;News Kids on the block: New foreign players in the Western Balkans&#8221; within the framework of the Budapest Balkans Forum organized by the Hungarian Institute of International Affairs with the support of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation on 12-13 March 2024. The closed panel discussion was held under the Chatham House Rule. Dr. Andreas G.
